Campbell House - Deposit / Cancellation Policy

Deposit Required:

A credit card deposit of 50% of tarif is required at the time the reservation is made with the exception of the following: Payment in full is required with reservations made within 5 days of check-in date for Golf Enthusiasts, Llama Hike, and Elopement Packages.

Cancellation Policy:

Note: There is a $20.00 Service Fee Imposed on all cancellations per room booked.

*Reservations Cancelled 72 hours or more prior to arrival will receive a refund of deposit less a Service Charge of $20.00.

*Reservation Date Modification 72 hours or more prior to arrival will be assessed a Charge of $20.00...If we are able to rebook the room this charge will be waived.

*Reservations cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be assessed the cost of One Night's stay and $20.00 Service Charge.

*Reservation Date Modification made less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be assessed the cost of one night's stay...If we are able to rebook the room the cost of one night's stay less $20.00 will be credited to your next visit.

*NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE FOR NO-SHOWS OR EARLY CHECKOUTS.
